Besides first week, every following week the flowers were not delivered,until i send a facebook reminder. I understand it can happen once, but 2 itmes in a row is a bit much. Also I'm not sure if 3 or 4 flowers deliveries are included in the monthly package, but I didn't receive 4th one at all (possibly i need to send another reminder). Flowers however are beautiful, and great value for the price:) Everyone I interacted with was very apologetic and nice :)
